Campaign Use Case Description:
This campaign sends appointment-related transactional SMS messages, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages, only to individuals who have planned a visit with Lincoln Baptist Church through the website and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications from Lincoln Baptist Church.
Messages are sent solely to support the visit experience and related follow-up. No promotional or marketing messages are sent.
